We assess your building's available telecommunications infrastructure first. Our preference is China Telecom due to superior network quality and gaming performance. However, if China Telecom resources are unavailable or cannot be installed in your building, we'll select the best alternative from China Mobile, Huashu Broadband, or China Unicom to ensure you get reliable internet service.

Typically, installation can be completed within 1-3 business days after your application is processed. Our team coordinates with the selected ISP's technicians to arrange a convenient time for installation.

Since we handle the contract under our name, termination is simplified regardless of which ISP is used. Please give us at least 7 days' notice before your desired termination date, and we'll take care of the process. Early termination fees may apply depending on your contract terms.

We provide a standard modem with all packages for free usage (internet connection without WiFi). If you need WiFi coverage or special features, you can choose to use your own router (we can provide setup assistance), or we can offer router and professional router installation services for an additional fee.
